Will a laptop fit on one?

A 13-inch laptop fits on a lap tray with room beside it for a mug. A 15-inch fits but fills the tray, leaving nowhere to put the mug — which rather defeats the point. The serving trays are 40 × 30 cm and are not meant for a laptop at all.

Can I put a hot mug straight on it?

On the four botanical lap trays, yes — they are rated to about 90°C, which covers a mug off the kettle. On the six animal trays, use a coaster. Nothing in the range takes a pan straight off the hob.

Is the cushion removable or washable?

Neither. It is sewn to the underside and filled with beans. Brush off crumbs, spot-clean with a barely damp cloth, and do not soak it.

Is the artwork yours?

Yes. Every image was drawn for us and belongs to us — no licensed characters, no stock illustration, nothing borrowed from another artist. It is the reason the range is twelve designs and not two hundred.

Will the colours match my screen?

Close. Print on a faced board reads very slightly warmer in the hand than on a monitor, and the reds in the chilli and paprika are the ones you will notice. Care & Materials goes into it.

Can I get a name or a photo printed on one?

No. Run sizes make one-off printing impossible for us, and we would rather say so than quote you something we cannot deliver.

What does shipping cost and how long does it take?

Within the United States: $5.95 standard, free on orders over $60, usually 5 to 9 business days. Expedited is $14.95 and usually 3 to 5. Outside the US: $13.95 standard and $26.95 express, usually 10 to 20 business days. Orders are packed within 2 business days.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes, to most countries. Any import duty or local tax is the recipient's, collected by the carrier on delivery. We cannot estimate it for you.

How are they packed?

Flat, in a rigid carton, with the frame corners protected. Trays travel well; the corners of the rim are the part that shows a knock, so that is where the packing goes.

Mine arrived damaged.

Email a photograph to info@jovrenta.com within 7 days and we will replace it. We do not ask for the damaged tray back — return postage costs more than the tray.

Can I return one I simply changed my mind about?

Thirty days, unused and in the condition it arrived. Return postage is yours unless the tray was faulty or wrong. Full terms on the refund policy.

Do you do bulk or corporate orders?

Not yet — no trade pricing, no volume machinery. Ask anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can pack the quantity in time.
