This address is our registered office, given for legal identification. It is not a shop, a showroom or a returns address — please do not send goods there. We will give you the correct return address when you contact us about a return.

Email is our only customer contact channel, and it reaches a person rather than a queue. We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday. We keep Hong Kong hours, which run ahead of the United States, so a message sent during your afternoon is usually answered before your next morning. Weekends and Hong Kong public holidays add a day.

What to include

Order enquiries: your order number and the email address you ordered with.
Damage claims: a photograph of the tray, and of the outer carton if that was damaged too, within 7 days of delivery.
Product questions: the model name, and what you plan to use the tray for.

Please do not send card numbers, security codes or passwords by email. We do not need them, cannot use them, and will ask you to delete the message.
