All artwork printed on our trays was commissioned by us and is our property. All text, product photography, designs, graphics and page layouts on this site are likewise our property or are used under licence, and are protected by copyright and design law.
Nothing on our trays is a licensed character, a stock illustration, or another illustrator's work. If you believe any image on this site infringes your rights, email us and we will look into it immediately.
You may view and print pages for your own private use. Any other reproduction, distribution, adaptation or commercial use requires our written permission.
Accuracy of information
We take care to keep product descriptions, prices and availability accurate and current. Errors and omissions are possible. Where a price or description is clearly wrong we may decline or cancel the affected order and refund it in full, as set out in our Terms of Service.
Dimensions described as approximate are approximate. Wood tone and grain vary between individual trays, and printed colour reads slightly warmer in the hand than on a screen.

Product safety
Our trays are for domestic indoor use. The four botanical lap trays are heat resistant to approximately 90°C; the six animal lap trays and the two serving trays are not heat rated. No tray in the range should take a pan straight off the hob, be immersed, or be put in a dishwasher. Full guidance is on our Care and Materials page.

If something has gone wrong, email info@jovrenta.com first — most problems are settled the same week. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection available to you where you live.
