Autumn Hedgehog Lap Tray

A hedgehog nosing through two or three fallen leaves, painted in watercolour for us. The spines are done in dry brushwork, which is the part that survives being printed and the part most illustrations of hedgehogs get wrong.

Bean-filled cushion underneath, pale wood rim above, and a printed surface you can put a hot mug on without thinking about it.
